09:44 am - Sleep question
Just wondering what everyone's litle ones sleep schedules are like. Naps/bedtimes that sort of thing.

My daughter has not slept through the night in about a month and I'm thinking of changing her schedule a little but not really sure what to try.

Most of the time, my daughter goes to bed between 7 and 8, and I get her up about 6, if she doesn't wake up early. At daycare, she usually takes a short morning nap still (only about half an hour), and a longer afternoon nap (1 to 2 hours). On my days off, I tend to skip the morning nap so that she takes a 2-3 hour or even longer nap in the afternoon.

I try hard to keep her bedtime consistent because it really does affect her when she stays up too late. Even an hour past her normal bedtime changes her mood and behavior the next day.

My daughter has only slept through the night 3 times. We co-sleep and she "wakes" to nurse 1-3 times over the 11 hours she spends in bed each night.
